Book Besties was founded by a group of friends who love reading and believe every story deserves to be shared. What began as best friends reading together grew into a virtual monthly book club and a small business creating curated book‑themed gifts. We offer blind date–style books for adults, young adults and kids and curated book gift boxes featuring a blind book, hand‑poured candles, and custom cup or mug sourced from women‑owned Rhode Island businesses. Our community celebrates the magic of reading and the friendships that grow from it.
My name is Aimee, and I’m reaching out on behalf of our small Rhode Island–based business, Book Besties, specializing in curated, book‑themed gift boxes and 'blind date with a book'. We are very interested in becoming a vendor for several 2026 community marketing events.
Our curated boxes - for adults, young adults and kids - feature a hand‑wrapped "blind date with a book" paired with everything needed for a cozy reading experience. Each box includes premium tea, specialty chocolate, a highlighter, pen, notepad, bookmarks, and other thoughtful touches. We also partner with fellow Rhode Island artisans to include a hand‑poured candle from Distinctive Glow Candle Co. or Salt Candle Company, as well as a custom mug or glass can crafted by Cups for Cuties.
