SET UP DETAILS:

Christmas Marketplace at Emerald Square – November 7 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Important Details - please read: 

1. Emerald Square Mall, 999 S Washington St, North Attleboro, MA 02760

2. Set up – 9 a.m.-11 a.m. on Saturday, November 7

Please do not arrive earlier than 9 a.m.

Please enter on the Macy’s side Mall entrance. You’ll see the parking lot numbers 15, 16, 17 and go in the doors with Emerald Square Mall above. A member of my team will be inside and we will direct you to your booth. Lower numbers are near Macy’s and then booths will be throughout the center court of the mall.

Bathrooms are located on the 3rd floor and then the bigger stores also have restrooms.

3. Special Requests - do you have any special requests such as electricity, etc. that you have not mentioned? If so, please notify me asap. I will not be able to accommodate any special requests the day of the show. If you require electric, please bring a power strip and extension cord. There are plenty of outlets but you may need to share.

4. You’ll provide your own tables and chairs in your 10x10 space.

6. DAY OF SHOW - if you need to contact me please TEXT me at 401-767-7674. I will not be checking emails and I won't be able to answer a call. 

7. If you aren't familiar with the area please plan your route ahead of time. Remember to give yourself enough time to get there. It’s very easy to get to and right off 295

9. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME. Your table MUST be set up by 11 a.m. Please do not show up at 11 a.m. when the event is starting.

10. If you have never done a table/event before, please reach out to me. I've been on both sides of the table as a vendor and an event promoter. The people who do well at the shows are standing and smiling and friendly. Also - take some time and set up your table at your home or office and take some pictures. You won't feel overwhelmed and you'll have a game plan. Suitcases on wheels are a great way to transport your stuff, too.

Our show is listed on websites all over RI, CT and MA, Facebook, Instagram, all tv and radio have received press releases and it is on every event calendar available (including chambers of commerce, newspapers, etc.)
