HALLOWEEN KIDS & BABY EXPO SET UP INSTRUCTIONS:

Important Details - please read: THE KIDS & BABY EXPO, Saturday, October 24 from 12-3 p.m.

1. LOCATION: The West Warwick Civic Center, 100 Factory St., West Warwick, RI aka Thomas Lamb Field House

2. Set up – 10:00 a.m.-11:45 a.m. Please do not arrive earlier than 10 a.m.

3. Special Requests - do you have any special requests such as electricity, etc. that you have not mentioned? If so, please notify me asap. I will not be able to accommodate any special requests the day of the show. Electricity is limited! ($25 charge for power)

4. YOU NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN TABLE and table covering and chairs.

6. DAY OF SHOW - if you need to contact me please TEXT me at 401-767-7674. I will not be checking emails, Facebook and I won't be able to answer a call. 

7. If you aren't familiar with the area please plan your route ahead of time. Remember to give yourself enough time to get there. It’s easy to find. At the top of Factory St. you will see the 2 giant yellow buildings and the huge parking lot. This is the place!

8. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME. Your table MUST be set up by 11:45 a.m. Please do not show up at 12 noon when the event is starting.

9. If you have never done a table/event before, please reach out to me. I've been on both side of the table as a vendor and an event promoter. The people who do well at the shows are standing and smiling and friendly. Also - take some time and set up your table at your home or office and take some pictures. You won't feel overwhelmed and you'll have a game plan. 

10. Please take a couple of minutes and look at your listing on my website - http://www. Communitymarketingri.com , click THE KIDS and BABY EXPO. If there are any corrections please let me know asap!

11. Parking: Once you have unloaded your vehicle, please park at the High School/ Middle School parking lot. We want to keep the main parking lot open for our customers! This means do not park by the football field, or the hockey rink or the playground,  but in the lower lot at the school. (also, we don’t expect you to climb that little hill – if you walk to either end of the parking lot, there’s a sidewalk or flat ground.

THE KIDS AND BABY EXPO is listed on websites all over RI, CT and MA, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, all tv and radio have received press releases and it is on every event calendar available (including chambers of commerce, newspapers, etc.)

One final note: Please be sure your booth is covered from 12 noon til 3p.m. There are children that will be performing throughout the day and out of respect to them and the hard-working people who work on these demonstrations and performances we fully expect you to be there and not pack up your table and leave.
